Terms of Use & Service Boundaries

Last updated: 13 July 2026. These terms govern use of the public website and provide general boundaries for service requests. A written scope or agreement may add or replace terms for a specific engagement.

No website form, email reply, free assessment, or payment alone expands an engagement beyond the written scope.

Website content

Public content is provided for general information, portfolio context, creative expression, and service explanation. It may change without notice as projects, research, books, patent language, pricing, and operating systems evolve.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, Eteria.space text, site design, original frameworks, visual direction, E2World material, The Convergence content, and public project descriptions remain protected by their respective rights. Viewing or linking does not grant permission to copy, republish, train on, sell, adapt, or represent the work as your own.

Founder Clarity

Founder Clarity is a human-led written strategic diagnosis. It is not legal, financial, investment, tax, medical, therapeutic, regulatory, franchise, property, employment, engineering, valuation, or specialist feasibility advice. It does not guarantee revenue, profit, leads, funding, conversion, exposure, break-even, adoption, business survival, or personal fulfilment.

Eteria is responsible for process integrity within the agreed scope. The client remains responsible for information accuracy, professional due diligence, final decisions, contracts, expenditure, capital deployment, implementation, operations, and commercial risk.

Requests and acceptance

Submitting a form does not create a client relationship, reserve capacity, or require acceptance. Eteria may accept, narrow, clarify, decline, or refer a request. Paid diagnostic work is not offered through an automatic Buy Now flow. Scope, deliverables, exclusions, price, timing, start conditions, cancellation, and refund terms must be confirmed in writing.

Start condition

Unless a written scope states otherwise, work begins only when required payment, intake, and agreed materials are complete. A paid but incomplete case remains incomplete and does not automatically enter the working queue.

Clarification and scope change

Clarification explains an existing deliverable; it does not add new material, research, a second business, implementation work, or a changed strategy based on new facts. New material may require an update or new engagement.

Digital book production

Eteria is not the client’s publisher unless a separate legal agreement explicitly says so. Authors retain authorship, rights, store accounts, tax and legal responsibilities, final pricing, publication authority, and platform decisions. Store approval, ranking, sales, reviews, or discoverability are not guaranteed.

AI-assisted work

AI tools may assist organization, pattern detection, drafting alternatives, formatting, or editorial refinement. Eteria remains responsible for reviewing work issued under her name. AI assistance does not become an automatic diagnosis or independent final judgment.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Eteria.space and its operators are not liable for indirect, consequential, speculative, or commercial losses arising from reliance on public content, declined requests, third-party platforms, client implementation choices, or outcomes not expressly guaranteed in writing.

Governing terms

Specific client agreements should identify governing law, dispute process, and commercial terms. The final Founder Clarity client agreement remains subject to legal review under Indonesian law.
